Community Health Assessment

A Community Assessment facilitated by the Northwest Center Health Equity Team aimed to develop a data-informed approach towards creating a clear picture of the needs, to better understand our communities' challenges, solutions, and resources. They facilitated focus groups, soft polls at community events, and a brief Health Equity Northwest Survey.

In collaboration with Luries Children, RBCCC at NWC also extensively surveyed 300 residents on stress indicators.
